Subject: Kit Parker?
I've noticed that Kit Parker Films is having other films yanked from YouTube as well, but in this and the other cases removed, the films are supposedly registered or were renewed by Wade Williams.

Did Kit Parker buy out old Wade, or is another party pulling a fast one on b-movie uploaders?

Hmmm.

Subject: Apparently the film is still under copyright
I posted a copy of Robot Monster to my channel on YouTube. A few months later I received a copyright notice from Kit Parker Films.

I also thought the film was in the public domain, but I just did a search on the copyright.gov site and found this result:

Robot monster; a.k.a. Monster from Mars. By Three Dimension Pictures, Inc.

Type of Work: Motion Picture
Registration Number / Date: RE0000107158 / 1981-11-06

Renewal registration for: PA0000097629 / 1953-06-17

Title: Robot monster; a.k.a. Monster from Mars. By Three Dimension Pictures, Inc.

Copyright Claimant: Medallion TV Enterprises, Inc. (PWH)

Variant title: Robot monster
Other Title: Monster from Mars
Names: Three Dimension Pictures, Inc.
Medallion TV Enterprises, Inc.

So I guess it is still under copyright.

Where did you find this Copyright claim? I cant find any records of this. This has it retitled Monster From Mars and it is in 16mm. So basically this guy got a 16mm TV copy of Robot Monster put a new title card at the beginning and that is what he owns. That print with that title on it. If I am wrong, and I admit that I am new at this, then why does this not appear in the U.S. Copyright Office. Where did you find it? The only place I could find it online is here. Did you get this from a book?

If this film was renewed in 1980 when does the copyright expire?
